Play Ball Celebrates Serving 5,000 Middle Schoolers at Lawrence Event

On Saturday, October 26, 2024 we celebrated an incredible milestone—serving 5,000 middle schoolers across Massachusetts! This celebration, held at one of our partner schools in Lawrence, was about much more than just a number; it was a tribute to the students, coaches, communities, and schools in each district we partner with. Their support has allowed us to grow and thrive. The middle schoolers of Boston, Lawrence, Holyoke, New Bedford, Lynn, Salem, and Methuen are the reason we do this work. We are dedicated to ensuring these students have the opportunity to play, grow, and develop through sports.

Joining us to celebrate this milestone was Former Red Sox pitcher and World Series Champion, Manny Delcarmen and NBC Sports Boston broadcaster Kayla Burton. We are so grateful to The Eagle-Tribune and NBC10 Boston for highlighting this amazing milestone and event!
